Contact form
When you use the contact form, Kynexis Information Security processes your name, organisation, email address, possibly telephone number, selected subject and the text of your message. These data are needed to answer your request, prepare an introduction and make agreements on a possible assignment where relevant.
Form messages are sent via a secure SMTP connection from website@kynexis.nl to contact@kynexis.nl. After shipping you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via the same address. The form contains a honeypot, source control, import limits and a simple shipping restriction against abuse.
Storage period
Kynexis Information Security does not store contact details for longer than necessary for the purpose of answering your question, preparing or executing a contract and applicable legal obligations. If no order is followed, data shall be periodically cleaned up as soon as they are no longer necessary for follow-up.
Google Analytics 4 and your choice
The website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-RDCQ99XKML and Google Advanced Consensent Mode v2. Before making a choice, analytical storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization are denied. Google does not then place Analytics or advertising cookies. The Google tag can send cookie-free signals for aggregated measurement and modelling.
When you allow Statistics, complete GA4 analysis with analytical storage becomes active. The adverts will then remain denied. Only when you allow or activate Marketing, will the agreed Google advertising consents and Google Signals be allowed. Your choice, time and version of the permission settings are only stored on this device and can be modified via Cookie settings.
A technical measurement request may include browser and device information, screen resolution, page visited and IP address during network connection. Kynexis does not send names, contact details, form content or other directly identifying data to Google Analytics.
Business Visit Analysis with Leadinfo
The website uses Leadinfo to gain insight into business organisations that visit the website and the pages that are consulted. Leadinfo recognizes organisations based on IP addresses and can process network and IP information, pages visited, times, origin and browser and device information. Kynexis Information Security uses this information for business website analysis and appropriate follow-up of organizational visits, without identifying any individual visitors by name.
Leadinfo is set to cookieless tracking for kynexis.nl. This does not allow the tracker to place Leadinfo tracking cookies. Leadinfo remains independent of the choice for Google Analytics. This does not make Leadinfo technically necessary for the operation of the website: The goal is business website analysis and company recognition. Kynexis bases this processing on the legitimate interest to understand the interest of organisations and improve business services.
Screen recordings, personal identification and forwarding form content to Leadinfo are not enabled. Name, email address, telephone number, organisation name and message text from the contact form are not shared with Leadinfo. You can object to the processing for business website analysis via contact@kynexis.nl.
Business Visit Analysis with Leadfeeder
The website also uses Leadfeeder Finland Oy for business website analysis and company recognition. The tracker can compare the visitor's IP address to well-known business networks, including the processing of visited pages, times, origins and browser and device information. Kynexis uses this data to understand the interest of organisations and bases this processing on the legitimate interest to improve business services and communication.
Leadfeeder is used for kynexis.nl cookieless and therefore remains active independently of the cookie choice. The cookie banner does not control Leadfeeder and is only intended for Google Analytics and any Google advertising features. Leadfeeder does not receive any content from the contact form. You can object to this business visit analysis via contact@kynexis.nl.
Functional storage
The website stores your chosen consent categories, the time and the consent version locally on your device. This storage is needed to respect your choice and is not used to track you across other websites. You can change or withdraw the choice via Cookie settings at the bottom of each page.
Videos of YouTube
For articles with a video, the website only connects to YouTube after you choose to load the video. From that moment on, YouTube can process technical information and use storage on your device according to its own privacy conditions. You can also open the recording directly on YouTube.
Sharing, security and your rights
Kynexis Information Security does not sell your data. Data is only shared with service providers required for hosting, email and web measurement, or when required by a legal obligation. Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect data against unauthorised access, loss and abuse.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data and you may object to a processing. Send your request to contact@kynexis.nl. To prevent abuse, Kynexis may request Information Security to confirm your identity appropriately.
Amendments
This declaration shall be amended when the website, measuring device or processing changes. The current version is always on this URL.
